Shipping policy
We print our posters in local fulfilment centres around the world and ship from the facility nearest to you, which shortens transit time and reduces emissions.
Processing time
Orders are printed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days of order confirmation.
Where we ship and estimated delivery
- United States: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch
- United Kingdom: 7 to 14 business days after dispatch
- European Union: 7 to 14 business days after dispatch
- Australia and New Zealand: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch
- Canada: 7 to 14 business days after dispatch
- Rest of world: 10 to 20 business days after dispatch
Delivery windows are estimates and do not include the 2 to 5 business day processing time.
Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and the number of items in your order. The 11x14 inch size ships flat. Larger sizes ship rolled in a sturdy tube.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact support@matchboxposters.com.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the country of fulfilment may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of dispatch for domestic destinations, or 30 business days for international destinations, contact us at support@matchboxposters.com and we will investigate with the carrier and reship if necessary.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the reshipping cost will be charged to the customer.
